The Shrine of the Divine Mercy de Cebu Foundation, Inc. is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as a non-stock, non-profit organization.
It is composed of professionals and lay church workers committed to spreading the Devotion to the Divine Mercy in the entire ecclesiastical province of Cebu including the Dioceses of Dumaguete in Negros Oriental and Siquijor, Maasin in Southern Leyte, Tagbilaran in southwestern Bohol, and Talibon in northeastern Bohol.
The Foundation is recognized by the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Cebu as the organization tasked with the supervision and management of the Shrine of the Divine Mercy in Garing, Consolacion, Cebu.
